Ltd. began in 1985 as a small one-product company, the first
to develop a ‘heat-and-eat’ fully cooked pizza snack,
the Pizza Roll™. The Pizza Roll™ takes Italian pizza
filling and wraps it in a Chinese egg roll crust. 20 years later
the recipe remains unchanged but the company has done nothing
but grow.
Food Roll Sales (FRS) moved from Henry Wong’s,
president, family kitchen in 1985 into a full-scale processing
facility and continues to expand in size and scope to this
very day.
As quickly as our products were finding their way across
the country we were busy innovating new and exciting products
here in Niagara Falls. Early in the 1990’s FRS developed
a unique process for marinating, cooking, saucing, freezing
and packaging chicken wings for proprietary and private label
brands. FRS now processes various flavors of wings for many
of the industry’s leading wholesalers and retailers.
Core to our business is the maintenance of HACCP standards
at every step of the production process. Clients and consumers
alike demand nothing short of absolute quality without sacrificing
safety. FRS has responded with standards that meet or exceed
HACCP guidelines at every critical control point from the
arrival of each ingredient at our dock to the finished product’s
arrival in your freezer.

allowing our clients to focus on managing their brands and
product distribution.
Our mid-sized plant has the capability of responding quickly
to custom and rush orders. We also provide the unique opportunity
of shorter production runs for test purposes or for new product
launches
